PAYMENT TERMS

• Upon receiving an Invoice, 50% is required to be paid. The deposit can be refunded within 14 days of payment. The deposit can also increase in value depending on the itinerary.
• Park permits are non-refundable
• Final payment is due to 30 days to arrival.
• Permits can only be purchased upon receipt of payment and subject to availability.
• If payment is not received in accordance to our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and release the rooms.
• Booking 45 prior arrival full payment will be required.

 CANCELLATION TERMS

• Cancellation due to 60 days’ prior arrival 50% is refundable
• Cancellation due to 30 days’ prior arrival payment is non refundable
